I acknowledge that the recipient name will be added to the Christ King prayer list for the next 6 weeks. If I wish them to be removed sooner, I will contact the parish office. After 6 weeks, the name will automatically be removed, unless a renewal is requested. I also understand that the recipient name and specific prayer intention will be shared with staff and parishioners who have committed to praying for these needs.
